Depends on how you feel you will probably need to visit your doctor first as i wont be held responsible for anything :) . These are just suggestions that have been tested on different people around the world including me, what works for others might not work for you, so keep that in mind.
Coconut Oil: It helps soothes rashes and keeps it from itching until it cools down.
Petroleum Jelly: Something like Vaseline does not contain any harmful chemicals and has a soothing effect.
Lemon: Squeeze a little of lemon juice on the rash and let it air dry, might sting a little if you itched away before but it would soothe it down once it’s dried off.
Aloe Vera: Effective skin smoothing agent, When you rub it over an itchy spot and it helps reduce skin irritation.
Apple vinegar: one of the best skin applications to help treat irritation and rashes. It has a good antiseptic and anti-fungal action thus a good anti-itching agent. Dip a cotton ball and dab on the itchy area. if it’s all over your body you might consider adding a cup into a bath full of water.
Olive oil: Apply directly on the rash. The therapeutic properties of olive oil will cure the skin rash.
Baking Soda: Has anti-bacterial properties. Make sure to NOT apply this if the skin is broken or too irritated with constant scratching. Mix 1 part water with 3 parts baking soda. Apply the paste on the affected area.
Oatmeal: Contains compounds that reduce inflammation. It’s commonly used for poison ivy and eczema. To make the oatmeal dressing, add a bit of water to a cup or bowl of plain uncooked oatmeal then let it sit for a few minutes until it reaches a paste-like consistency. Apply the paste to the itchy area as needed.
Vitamin C: Strong antioxidant properties that can help heal rashes and reduce the chances of allergic reactions.
