Banana Almond Shake — Vegetarian Breakfast

If you are running late or just fancy a morning shake full of protein this might be the perfect protein shake for you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop Rice Protein or Pea Protein
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup of almond, soya or coconut milk
  • Some almonds for the crunchy feeling
  • Some ice if you like drinking it cold

Blend all of them together and enjoy, I usually add the powder last thing cause it sticks to the edges and doesn’t blend.
